New downstream products of five-membered pyrrole rings

Five-membered pyrrole rings are important heterocyclic skeletons. Recently, we have developed several extensible five-membered nitrogen heterocyclic structures with hydroxyl and amino groups on them. These compounds can be used in the synthesis of various drug intermediates.
